Accuracy and sourcing
We base our content on information we can verify. Common sources include:
- Carrier websites, policy documents, and public filings
- State insurance departments and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC)
- Independent ratings, such as AM Best financial strength ratings and J.D. Power studies
- Our own rate estimates, produced as described in our Rate Methodology
When we cite a rating, study, or figure, we identify where it comes from and the year it applies to.
Independence
EasyRateFinder is compensated by some of the carriers and agents we work with, as described on our How We Make Money page. That relationship does not determine what we write. Providers do not review, approve, or pay for placement in our articles, and our reviews cover both strengths and weaknesses.
Balance
We aim to describe each carrier fairly, including who it tends to suit and where it may fall short. We avoid exaggerated claims, and we do not guarantee savings, since every driver's price depends on their own profile.
Keeping content current
Insurance rates, discounts, and rules change. We review our content regularly and show the date a page was last updated. Rate estimates are refreshed as new data becomes available.
Trademarks
Carrier names and logos are the property of their respective owners. We use them only to identify and compare companies. Unless stated otherwise, EasyRateFinder is not affiliated with or endorsed by the carriers we review.
Corrections
If you believe something on our site is inaccurate or out of date, email info@easyratefinder.com. We review every report and correct errors promptly.
